Texas Yellow Caps are from the P. Cubensis genera of mushrooms. This group is the most common of psychedelic mushrooms these days. Other well known shrooms from this group include Golden Teachers and Penis Envy. They were discovered and cultivated by an amateur mycologist in 1998. These are often known as “beginner” shrooms because the trip is more manageable and they don’t send you into oblivion. They often grow quite tall with average to large sized caps.
