• Age verification is required on every delivery — no exceptions
• Acceptable ID: driver's license, passport, provincial ID card, or military ID
• If you cannot provide valid ID at delivery, your order will be returned and a refund issued minus any delivery fee

3. Products and Ordering

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product received
• THC/CBD percentages are approximate and may vary between batches
• Pricing is displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and includes all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within our designated service zones in the Halifax Regional Municipality. Delivery availability, fees, and estimated times vary by zone.

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Someone of legal age must be present to accept the delivery and show valid ID
• If no one is available to receive the delivery after reasonable attempts, the order will be returned
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control

5. Payment

We accept payment via the methods listed on our website at checkout. All payments must be completed before or at the time of delivery, depending on the payment method selected.

• Cash on delivery: Exact change is appreciated. Drivers may carry limited change
• All sales are final once the delivery has been accepted and ID verified

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, we have a limited refund policy:

• Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
• Quality concerns: Contact us within 24 hours. We take quality seriously and will investigate all claims
• Change of mind: We cannot accept returns on cannabis products once delivered and accepted
• Cancelled orders: Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund
